Marketing Features Overview

Quick version: The Pro plan includes built-in advertising tools -- run Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and Google Local Service Ads, all managed from Fieldkit. AI writes your ads, calls get tracked automatically, and you see exactly what you're getting for your money.

What's Included

The Fieldkit marketing add-on gives you everything you need to run ads and track results, without hiring a marketing agency.

Ad Campaigns

You can run ads on three platforms, all managed from your Fieldkit dashboard:

  • Google Ads -- Your business shows up when homeowners search for services like "plumber near me" or "emergency AC repair." You pay per click.
  • Facebook & Instagram Ads -- Your ads appear in the feeds of homeowners in your service area. Great for brand awareness and seasonal promotions.
  • Google Local Service Ads -- You get the Google Guaranteed badge and only pay when someone actually calls you. Appears at the very top of Google search results.

AI-Powered Ad Copy

You don't need to write a single word. Fieldkit's AI creates your ad headlines, descriptions, and keywords based on your trade, services, and service area. You can edit everything before launching.

Call Tracking

Every campaign gets a dedicated tracking phone number. When a homeowner calls that number, the call forwards to your real phone. Fieldkit records where the call came from, how long it lasted, and which campaign drove it.

Lead Pipeline

Leads from Google Local Service Ads flow into a pipeline where you can track them from "New" all the way to "Won" or "Lost." You can convert leads directly into customers and jobs.

ROI Dashboard

See exactly what your ad spend is getting you. The marketing dashboard shows calls this week, total ad spend, cost per call, jobs booked, revenue earned, and your overall return on investment.

How It All Connects

  1. You connect your Google and/or Facebook ad accounts in Settings
  2. You create a campaign using the Campaign Builder -- the AI handles the hard parts
  3. Calls come in through your tracking number and show up in the Call Log
  4. You mark each call's outcome (Booked, Callback, Quote, Not a Fit, Spam)
  5. The Marketing Dashboard calculates your ROI automatically
